Curbside: if you are part of the curbside composting program, From the Ground Up, you can put the item(s) in your five gallon food scrap bucket for pick-up. 

Drop off: bring the item to the Alamo’s food scrap barrel on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am to 1pm. The facility is located at the corner of E. Industrial Parkway and Main St.
